- Original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is in resalable condition

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping
